I also became a mentor by creating health and wellness programs throughout the New York City Parks system, earning the Spirit Award from former NYC mayor, Michael Bloomberg. Later, I transitioned to become a CEO and launched an award-winning communications company that focused on promoting health and wellness. Currently, I lead JOT Living.

 The creators of JOT Living intended to assist people and teams in building resilience, managing stress, and creating balance. JOT trains and coaches corporate clients using the foundations of positive psychology, the principles of mindfulness and 20+ years of expertise within health and wellness industry. On the training side, we dig deep into topics such as stress, burnout, mindfulness, communication and sleep.  On the experiential side, we support this work with one-on-one coaching and mindful meditation. Research tells us that people are foregoing larger salaries to find workplaces that support and value overall well-being. Liz Eustace has been facilitating and creating content for some of Canada’s largest companies in the area of mental health, mindfulness and meditation. Liz combines being a certified coach, a licensed facilitator through Queens University in Mental Health Awareness and a subject matter expertise in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction).
