It would be useful to show an overweight person do this practice. Very unrealistic unless you are only a few pounds overweight.

Enjoyed this yoga series. I'm new to yoga and if I ever had doubts about being able to get a workout from yoga, you've put them to rest. I definitely worked up a sweat.
