Want a stronger, tighter and more toned midsection? We certainly do, which is why we love this Core Weight Loss Yoga video from Tara Stiles. Tara leads you through a series of exercises that target the upper and lower abdominals as well as the obliques. She suggests doing this routine, which only takes about five minutes, in the morning and evening. "The more you do it, the easier it gets," says Tara. "The stronger your belly gets and the better you feel."

"The fuller and deeper you breathe, the easier your body can move for you, the calmer your mind gets," says Tara. "So, if you stop breathing it's just like your body has no fuel, no energy to work with so everything becomes a lot tougher, a lot more tense."
