Our recent try-this-at-home yoga videos have been Beach Bod Flow and Long, Lean Legs (we didn't mean to stress you out), which is why we chose to share a demo of a relaxing breath technique this week. Our friend Matt Rothert (Yoga Matt – tee hee), breaks down alternate nostril breathing. He says, "The purpose of this exercise is to calm your left and your right brain hemispheres."
