You know it's gonna be a good one when you walk into the studio, and first thing the receptionist says is: "Oh, you picked a really good class to come try." Elizabeth Folk-Blanchard greets all of her students with hugs, and she feels just about that warm and fuzzy throughout the class – even when she's had you standing on one leg for so long you think there's no way you're walking out of there upright. This class truly is a mixed level flow, attracting the newbies and super-bendy yogis alike – so Elizabeth accommodates with somewhat mellow but innovative flows that offer plenty of opportunities to play with arm balances, modifications, or good-old child's pose. The location of the studio is fairly new (it opened its doors in March 2012), keeping classes small and cozy, so Elizabeth spoils students with plenty of adjustments. First-timers and seasoned practitioners will both find plenty to love in this class.
