Want something that tastes exotic without having to trek it to your local ethnic market? Expand your palate with this Coconut Lime Soba Noodles recipe. “I love this dish because it reminds me of my time spent in Thailand. Another great thing is that you don’t need to search far and wide to find the ingredients, like in authentic Thai food.”

Drink up

If you want something refreshing and healthy, whip up Jenné’s Pineapple Vanilla Chia Fresca. “I’m crazy about the combination of pineapple and vanilla. Add some chia seeds in there, and I’m good!”

Healthy pancakes

We love pancakes, especially ones that are vegan, gluten-free and don’t weigh us down, like Jenné’s Teff Pancakes. “I’ve always been a pancake girl. I eat these all the time, and I cannot get enough! The recipe calls for rice flour, but lately I’ve been substituting that with oat flour with extra yummy results!”
