You might think that a book written by Mandy Ingber, the yoga teacher to the stars (her clients include Jennifer Aniston, Kate Beckinsale and Brooke Shields) would focus on the moves her celebrity clients love. But in her new book, Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, Mandy Ingber inspires readers to improve their health with a simple yet profound message: You already have the perfect body.

Before she began helping celebrities sculpt their famous bodies, Mandy struggled with weight fluctuations and being uncomfortable in her own skin. She began doing yoga, meditating, setting intentions and making healthier food choices and started calling the fusion of her methods Yogalosophy  (yoga = “union” and losophy = “knowledge”).

Yogalosophy is all about variety. The 28-day program has three major components: the Yogalosphy routine, the diet plan and daily activities. Each day features a different body changing yoga-inspired workout (she’s known for pairing yoga poses with toning exercises for a full-body workout), a music playlist, an intention and a cardio option. The Yogalosophy diet features a plan for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans and includes plenty of healthy recipes.
