Kate Beckinsale's yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, recently told Women's Health about what poses she does with her client to help the 39-year-old actress stay in shape. She suggests: Down dog split with knee drives, the lunge switchback, crow pose, and temple pose to plié squat (see the breakdown of these body-sculpting moves here).
