It’s an entire evening full of asana (with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life), a vegan dinner, kirtan dance party and mauna (silent reflection), and it ends with an inspirational message for 2014 from Sharon and David. Reflect, move, dance and live your yoga.
