A Weekend of Workshops


Baby it’s cold outside! So why not warm up your chakras and enliven your spirit with a weekend of yoga? It will be just like going on retreat, sans the lengthy commute. The hardest part is deciding where to unroll your mat.

Chakra Flow With Seane Corn at Pure YogaIf you’ve never had the privilege of practicing with internationally renowned yogini Seane Corn, this is your opportunity. Workshop begins Friday evening and ends Sunday, but you can chose to participate in one or all four sessions in which you will explore the essential elements of yoga: asana, meditation, reflection, intention and prayer.

Yoga for Anxiety and Depression=Yoga For Well-Being with Alison West:Stress is almost impossible to escape. We all feel it from time to time—even when we’re happy. Toes Rise, Noses Dive with Rebecca Weible:If turning upside down is your idea of a good time, or if you are just itching to master shoulder, head and handstand but need a little extra assistance, this is the workshop for you.Rebeccahas a fondness for inversions, so expect an enthusiastic instructor and a ton of fun.
