Smoothie time

We tend to break our personal food rules on a holiday weekend, but instead of feeling guilty about it, we’re hitting the reset button on our digestion with this Cherry Blueberry Powerhouse Smoothie. Ashtanga for all

Remember the news of parents in Encinitas, CA who were suing the public school system in hopes of banning an Ashtanga yoga program in schools because they believed it promoted Hinduism as a religion? Well, the case is finally over and yoga won. The judge said the program—which didn’t even use Sanskrit names for the poses, btw—did not promote yoga as a religion and could stay in the school district. We think free yoga programs in public schools is a wonderful idea. Now, that’s how we shape a better future for America. 

Bust a rhyme

We love seeing MC Yogi at yoga festivals around the country because he always gets the party started. So we were beyond stoked when he started freestyle rapping about alignyo when we interviewed him at Wanderlust Vermont. Check the video. It’s short and totally awesome.
